Rules/Principles to Live By

Rule #01:
Always finish what you have started. Never leave things unfinished. Then again, if you’re aware (and sure) that whatever you did was wrong, ditch it. It’s a complete waste of time to finish things that are just so wrong.

Rule #02:
Never judge a book by its cover. Get to know it first.

Rule #03:
1+1 doesn’t always equal to 2. Think outside of the box.

Rule #04:
Do what you have set out to do. Set a deadline and keep to it.

Rule #05:
Promises aren’t meant to be broken. Keep them.

Rule #06:
Never let others decide for you. Decide for yourself and don’t let others cloud your judgement.

Rule #07:
Put on a “mask” only when necessary. Else, be yourself…remove the mask.

Rule #08:
Do what you think is right.

Rule #09:
Never lie unless it’s necessary and when there is a need to lie, do it right.

Rule #10:
When reach a dead end, go back to the basics. List out and visualise the problem. If all else fails, ASK others for help.

Rule #11:
Knowledge is power. Grab as much of it as you can.

Rule #12:
Guys are humans just like us. Treat them like how you would treat your friends instead of potential soulmates.

Rule #13:
Sometimes rules can be broken, depending on the situation.

Rule #14:
To make n work, first, you must love n. With love, there’s passion and with passion, you will try the hardest to make n work.
Note: n can be anything. It could be your maths homework, project or even a relationship.

Rule #15:
Don’t be self-centred. Not everything revolves around you. Nobody talks about you all the time.

Rule #16:
Nothing is impossible…you’ll never know unless you try.

Rule #17:
Study for the sake of learning, learn for the sake of gaining knowledge.

Rule #18:
Always be prepared. You’ll never know when you will get caught unguarded.

Rule #19 (20090402):
Don’t be a pushover and never let yourself being pushed around by others. Know your rights!

Rule #20 (20090527):
A mistake is not a mistake unless it cannot be fixed.
